DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM STAY?
Yes. We only accept bookings for stays of seven nights or longer.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Yes, according to the following terms.
Reservations at Villa Feodora are made at least 60 days in advance. Once the client confirms his/her reservation,
he/she is required within 10 days to pay 30% of the overall price of the stay as a non-refundable advance payment.
The client is then required to pay a 70% balance payment at least 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the client then decides to cancel his/her stay, the following policy applies:
- Cancellation 59 - 30 days prior to arrival - 30% of the total price is refunded
- Cancellation 29 - 1 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total price is refunded
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The price includes house managers offering concierge service, a daily maid service, mid-week linen change and weekly / final cleaning.
First shopping and pre-stocking are also included. A welcome pack including fresh fruit, bread and cheese will also be provided free of charge upon your arrival.
DO YOU TAKE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes, we do. A security deposit (refundable) of 1,000 EUR is taken at check-in. We accept all credit cards via POS terminal at Villa Feodora.
