Villa Feodora is beautifully furnished throughout and boasts a total of four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms; there is also a separate cinema room, fitness room and wine cellar. All bedrooms offer sweeping views of the crystal-clear waters below, as does the main living space.

ACCOMMODATION POLICY

You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive; the minimum age for check-in is 18.
  • 7-night stays only (Sat - Sat)
  • Check-in at 16:00 - 19:00
  • Check-out at 8:00 - 10:00
  • Maximum guests 8
  • Pets not allowed
  • Non-smoking rooms
PAYMENTS
Advance payment: 30% of the total price (by credit card / bank transfer). Security deposit (refundable) 1,000 EUR to be paid at check-in. We accept all credit cards via POS terminal at Villa Feodora. Additional amenities are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Sojourn tax is included in the price.
CANCELATION POLICY
Reservations at Villa Feodora are made at least 60 days in advance. Once the client confirms his/her reservation, he/she is required within 10 days to pay 30% of the overall price of the stay as a non-refundable advance payment. The client is then required to pay a 70% balance payment at least 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the client then decides to cancel his/her stay, the following policy applies:
  • Cancellation 59 - 30 days prior to arrival
    30% of the total price is refunded
  • Cancellation 29 - 1 days prior to arrival
    10% of the total price is refunded
CHILDREN
Children of any age are welcome. One extra cot is available free of charge.
